Hotel Avis Sandanski – Pet-Friendly Accommodation Policy

• Pet Fee: 10 BGN / 5 EUR per day.

• Pets must always be kept on a leash and under the owner’s control in a manner safe for other guests.

• The hotel is not responsible for any incidents, including bites or injuries caused by pets – full responsibility lies with the pet owner.

• The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet to hotel property or other guests’ belongings.

• If the pet causes inconvenience or disturbance to other guests (noise, barking, aggressive behavior, etc.), the owner may be asked to terminate their stay without a refund.

• Not allowed: rodents, dangerous or poisonous animals, as well as animals prohibited by law.

• The owner is obliged to clean up after the pet both in the room and in all common areas and surroundings of the hotel.
